Agile Certifications

Lola has been a certified Agile Coach since 2016 and has driven or participated in several Departmental and corporate transformation initiatives.

Utilizing her top-level Scrum Alliance certifications of Certified Professional Scrum Master and Certified Professional Product Owner, Lola is equally adept at both skill sets. Lola has trained and coached many Product Owners while serving in the role of Coach or Scrum Master utilizing both Agile and traditional PMO skills when neccessary.

Lola is trained and certified in scaling methodologies and experience in designing and coordinating multiple team organizations. While there are several "scaling" approaches in use across organizations, Lole pulls from a broad set of concepts to design customized scaling solutions tailored to the individual company needs.
